1. Requested to give advice on Divorce on ground of Cruelty and Adulatery
   I undersigned wish to divorce from my wife for the following reason:
   • I caught her with red-handed with her boyfriend in my home as well outside (I have photographs of the same). For the same I filed NC at police station while her boy-friend was at my home while he threatening me death statement. This was filed 1st NC at police station. On second time both have together on one snacks shop and I took photographs and again both threatened me same death statement and I logged police complaint.
   o Both are in gap of @ 4 months.
   • Then in the month of August she give me notice thru her advocate that I and my family harass her and her family since long and within 2 months of marriage. We demand for dowry as well precious things, beaten her, and give compensations of handsome amount.
   o All allegations charged against are totally fake.
   • Now she made IPC 151 and 107 on me and my brother stating that I and my bro threatening her for dowry, divorce and death statement to her and boy.
   o We are not at fault though we take bail thru magistrate and waste our time and money.
   • On very next day of bail she filed 125 in family court.
   • We replied thru advocate of her notice stating the allegations made are totally fake and we denied in all which allegation made in the notice.
   • I will have to revert on 125 which are pending.
   • In between I give counter notice which allegations made by her and give clear cut reasons in my notice.
   • We are residing separate means that I am not residing with my parents since last 8 years.
   • My big bro is taking care of my parents.
   • Since last more than 2 years she is not cooking for me, not washing clothes, not groom my room, toilets etc.., have no physical relations, no entry of parents, brother, sister, relatives and friends on my own home. Harass me like an animal…
   • We residing on one roof though filed 125.
   • Have sufficient adultery and cruelty proof.
   • Once attacked by knife and have hospitalized the same has been logged under Police complaint.
   • Married on 2005 and one boy aged 10 years.
   • These all incidents happen from feb this year till date.
