  2. i want divorce from my husband..i am going through a lot of mental and physical harassment since the day I got married. I got cheated his parents and he tortured me a lot especially his mother Bandi Mayarani is her name . the whole family is a curse to the society. they know what they did and now they are destroying my name in the society by spreading rumors about me. my father spent 35lakhs on my marriage, my jewellery ,my silver vessels my sarees and every thing is in their house in Hyderabad. right now I am living in Minnesota USA. iam helpless please suggest me a good female lawyer.

I want immediate divorce by my husband.he doesn’t care me and shout’s at me all the times.he even doesn’t tolerate if my 9month baby cries.so I left my baby in my mom’s place.often he drinks and always reminds his girl friends name.recently he got some stupid messages from a lady as they both had a son and he is roaming with her frequently.i want custody of both my kids as he never stays at home and never takes care of kids.he always reminds me of my past and makes me cry where I am helpless.he tortures me like anything with his words and abuses and lot and watches blue films all the time.he is impotential and never satisfies me.eventhen I tolerated him all these 12 years of marriage.now I got frustration with this impotent man and careless being.i don’t want to talk to this man anymore nor tolerate his selfish behaviour.he spoils his money.plz help me how to take divorce in very short time.thanku…

  10. I would like to know some information about how to file a case on a person who drinks and comes home and starts hitting his family . He is totally dependent on his wife for all financial matters . Now that the wife cannot bear him anymore she wants to file a case against him in the family court . May i know which kind of case she should file . she has two daughters one major and one minor . She is a government employee . Wife tried for 20 years to change him by admitting in hospital and getting his habit treated.

  11. A wife has filed for divorce due to physical and mental abuse by her husband in high court in 2011. They were married in 2002 and she filed a police complaint against the husband in 2008 after suffering for 6 long years. She has been living with her parents since then. There has been no contact or talks between them since then. The case is still under trial as the husband refused to agree for mutual consent with the intention to harass the wife. After 2 years of legal procedures, the wife now feels it is better to withdraw the appeal from the court and lead her life peacefully. She thinks it is much better to live her life by staying separately than to wait for the husband to agree for a divorce. Is it possible legally to withdraw her appeal now and if so will there be any implications? Please advice in detail as she is a very close friend of mine and needs help to move on in life. I do not have further details of the case except that the case was filed in Hyderabad family court and the chief document has not been filed yet.

    My name is Ram Babu from New Jersey, USA. I have been married since August 29th 2004 the marriage was performed and registered in Hyderabad India according to the Hindu Marriage Act.
    Me and my wife would like to get Annulment of our marriage because of my impotence due to which I was not able to consummate my marriage. I would like to know if we can get an annulment in New Jersey USA and then can we use that to get our marriage that was registered in India as void or do we need to get an annulment in India Please advice.
