There is no single prescribed divorce application form for divorces for all citizens in India. Because divorce laws in India differ according to the religions of the spouses and under which law their marriage is registered.
In a recent amendment to the marriage laws in India, all marriages between the spouses of whatever religion shall be compulsorily registered. However, spouses belonging to Hindu religion can continue to register their marriage under the Hindu Marriage act.

I did marry on 26 may 2002 as per hindu ritual from the beginning she started creating problem for me and my parents due to mental turmoil condition I had to left job we have a child she is 10 years old due to her I lost my father and she still creating trouble for my mother I did tolerate alout and completely fed up please send me divorce form

I got married on Nov 22 2019 and I want to file a divorce..Because the problem is that I can’t understand him and there is a lots of differences in our thoughts and also I think there is a problem of thinking and I am not quite mature to understand all these things …so kindly help me to take the divorce mutually and I don’t want any alimony amount from him..
