I hereby authorize and request you to forthwith become tenant of the said Mr. ______, during the continuance of the mortgage. I further authorize and request you to pay to the said Mr. ________, his successors, executors, administrators or assigns all such rent as now is or hereafter shall be payable from you concerning the said house and for so doing this shall be to you a enough warrant and authority.
