EASEMENTRY RIGHT OF LIGHT AND AIR BY GRANT
This Deed is made on this ________day of _________between Sh._________ s/o Sh. ____________r/o _________ hereinafter called "the grantor" (which expression shall unless contrary to the context or meaning thereof include his successors, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns) and Sh. __________s/o Sh. _________r/o ____________ hereinafter called "the grantee"(which expression shall unless contrary to the context or meaning thereof include his successors, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns).
Whereas
(1) The grantor is being owner and in possession of piece of land situated at _______ and as per entry No. ________ in Municipal Registers and as delineated on the annexed plan and coloured blue (more specific description of the property may be given here or may be annexed as a Schedule).
(2.) The grantee being owner and in possession of piece of land situated at ________ and as per entry No._________ in Municipal Registers and as delineated on the annexed plan and coloured yellow (more specific description of the property may be given here or may be annexed as a Schedule).
(3) The grantor and the grantee has consented that the grantor, in consideration of the sum of Rs. ________, will grant to the grantee such right of light and air as is mentioned hereinafter:
Now This Deed Witnesses as Under:
That in consideration of the sum of Rs. _______paid by the grantee to the grantor (which receipt is acknowledges by the grantor) the grantor hereby grants to the grantee, full rights and liberty to the uninterrupted access of light and air to the existing windows of the house of the grantee erected on the piece of land adjoining (on the north thereof) the piece of land belonging to the grantor and delineated on the plan annexed hereto and thereon shown as coloured blue, To Hold the said right of light and air hereby granted to the grantee.
