LEASE DEED FOR INDUSTRIAL PLOT WITH GOVT.





After a brief discussion the following resolution was passed unanimously

"RESOLVED THAT a Lease Deed be executed with State Industrial Development Corporation with respect to industrial plot bearing no. _________situated at ______ Industrial Area within the village limits of ______ and within the limits of _________ and Distt. __________ admeasuring _______ sq. mtrs.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. _______________, and/or Mr. _______________, and/or Mr. _______________, Directors of the Company be and are hereby authorised to execute, for and on behalf of the Company the said Lease Deed with State Industrial Development Corporation and further to do all acts, deeds and things as may be required to give effect to the aforesaid resolution."
